Plain-English Summary

This is an unofficial informational site about the AI video model HappyHorse-1.0. It is not affiliated with the developer of HappyHorse-1.0.

The site collects exactly one thing from you: your email address, only if you choose to join our waitlist. We do not sell it. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run cookie-based tracking. We do not use Google Analytics.

If you never join the waitlist, we collect no personal data from you at all.

What We Collect

1. Waitlist email address (opt-in only)

  • What we collect: the email address you type into the waitlist form, plus the timestamp of submission and the page locale you submitted from (en or zh).
  • Why: so we can email you exactly once when the official HappyHorse-1.0 API becomes publicly available.
  • Where it lives: with our email service provider, Resend, in an audience named "HappyHorse-1.0 Waitlist". We do not store waitlist emails on our own servers or in our own database.
  • Retention: until you ask us to delete it, or until we send the API-availability announcement and you unsubscribe via the standard unsubscribe link.

2. Anonymous analytics (no cookies)

  • What we collect: aggregated, anonymized page-view counts and Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) via Cloudflare Web Analytics.
  • Why: so we can see which pages people read and whether the site is fast enough.
  • Where it lives: with Cloudflare, in aggregated form. No individual users are identified.
  • No cookies: Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set tracking cookies, so this site does not display a cookie consent banner.

That's the whole list. We do not collect names, addresses, payment information, IP addresses for tracking purposes, advertising IDs, fingerprints, or anything else.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising trackers.
  • We do not sell or rent any data to third parties.
  • We do not profile users.
  • We do not require an account to read this site — there is currently no account system at all.
  • We do not store waitlist emails on our own servers.

Your Rights

You can:

  • Unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time using the link in any email we send you, or by emailing us (see below). After you unsubscribe, your email is removed from the Resend audience within 7 days.
  • Request deletion of your email by writing to the contact address below. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
  • Ask what we have on you — same contact address.

If you are in the EU/UK, the same rights apply under GDPR. If you are in California, the same rights apply under the CCPA.

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and note the change here. Material changes will also be announced on the site homepage.
